• All orders must be paid according to the selected package or agreed quotation.
• Projects begin after payment confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements.
• Submit necessary content, images, and branding materials on time.
• Respond to revision requests promptly.
• Ensure they own or have permission to use any supplied content.

Ownership of the final approved design or project will transfer to the client only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. TechNovaDesign reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement exists.

Revisions are provided according to the package purchased. Requests beyond the included revisions or outside the original project scope may incur additional fees.

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and the work completed.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary depending on project complexity, client response time, revisions, and unforeseen circumstances.
